Acquisition launches brand refresh for era of growth

Steer acquired Amberside Advisors in 2022 with the aim of strengthening our financial and commercial advisory expertise.

By Steer

Steer acquired Amberside Advisors in 2022 with the aim of strengthening our financial and commercial advisory expertise across infrastructure, renewables, and energy transition.

Two years on, our companies work in close collaboration delivering powerful solutions that make a measurable difference to our clients and communities. Recent shared projects include financial advisory within the rail sector, model auditing work for a large investment bank, and advice on the public and private funding available for infrastructure projects for a sub-national transport body.

Today, Amberside Advisors is proud to announce a brand refresh that, after almost two decades of serving key clients and shaping key sectors, better represents a new phase of growth for both organisations. Their updated brand comes as we look forward to exciting developments for the global economy that hold tremendous opportunities for both companies, while promoting thought leadership and encouraging interaction with clients.

Paul Austin, Director at Amberside Advisors, said: “After almost two decades of high-quality work, our brand refresh reflects our determination to evolve, adapt and innovate with the changing market. Our new, bold and contemporary visual identity better represents our values, capabilities and ambitions, giving us a great platform to accelerate future growth. The entire Amberside Advisors team and I are very excited for this new chapter in our journey.”

The CEO at Steer, Hugh Jones, said:  “We are delighted to join our colleagues at Amberside Advisors in celebrating the launch of a new and exciting visual identity that aligns more closely with Steer’s own brand and better reflects the relationship our teams share and enjoy. Our partnership is stronger and more important today than ever, as we work together to help clients reduce their carbon impact and provide sustainable infrastructure across the globe. We look forward to achieving much more together in the decades to come,”
