Caroline Browning joins as our new Group Finance Director

​​​​​​Steer is pleased to welcome Caroline Browning as our new Group Finance Director. Caroline joins as a member of both the Board of Directors and the Executive management team.

Caroline is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MA in Economics from Cambridge University. She has 20+ years’ experience managing high performing finance teams and has a wealth of experience in professional service firms.

In Caroline’s most recent previous role, she was the Finance Director at Efficio, a tech-led procurement consultancy operating across Europe, North America and the Middle East. Prior to this, Caroline held the position of Global Financial Controller at PA Consulting.
