Steer is delighted to announce the appointment of Devin Horne as an Associate in our Vancouver office.
Devin has more than 11 years’ experience in transit project planning, working in both Canada and the UK. Throughout his career, Devin has led public consultations, presentations, negotiations, mediations, coordination of stakeholder input and the development of solutions and mitigation strategies related to major transit infrastructure projects.
In his previous role at Metrolinx, Devin managed the Rapid Transit Project Planning team, which was responsible for all rapid transit projects in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area at the preliminary planning and design stages.
At Steer, Devin will be working on delivering transportation solutions and transit infrastructure projects, such as the Surrey Langley Skytrain.
