Herbert Higginbotham joins Steer North America as Growth & Transformation Director and Southern California LeadSteer is delighted to announce the appointment of Herbert Higginbotham as the Growth & Transformation Director for North America, and Southern California Lead based in our Los Angeles, California office.

He brings nearly twenty-five years of professional experience and thought leadership in transportation planning, operations, and advisory for clients across the United States, broadly focused on policy and strategy, service and operations planning, capital projects and programs, asset management, market and financial analysis, and technology innovation.

Herbert will be contributing to the journey to meaningfully transform Steer and Fourth Economy in North America by securing a more diverse set of clients and markets, providing a greater breadth of opportunity and development for our growing team, and supporting an increasingly robust presence and impact among the transportation leaders shaping the region.

In addition, he will also be focused on developing our team and deepening Steer’s role in serving the robust Southern California transportation space by bringing our global experience and capabilities in advisory, planning, economics, design, and technology.

Herbert brings a proven track record of team building, work winning, and growth to Steer from Cambridge Systematics, Accenture, and other firms where he has overseen multimillion dollar portfolios of national clientele delivering some of the most innovative and impactful projects for their communities.
