Puja Thomas-Patel awarded ACT 40 Under 40 Award

Congratulations to Puja Thomas-Patel, Senior Consultant from our Los Angeles office, for receiving a 40 Under 40 Award from the Association for Commuter Transportation (ACT).

The annual 40 Under 40 Awards recognize leading professionals dedicated to shifting travel behavior to improve mobility, create livable communities and enhance commuters’ journeys. The honorees represent an energetic and passionate group of Transportation Demand Management (TDM) professionals from both the public and private sectors. 

Puja began working in TDM in 2014 as an Account Executive for iCommute in San Diego, and since then has become one of Southern California’s most notable voices in the TDM industry. In 2017, she worked alongside the City of Santa Monica to lead the development of the Go SaMo TMO, and since then has served as the organization’s Executive Director. Under Puja’s leadership, the TMO has grown to support over 75 employers annually and is one of two finalists for this year’s Outstanding TMA award. Puja stands out among TDM professionals for her dedication to employees and residents in Santa Monica, her leadership in the TDM industry, and her commitment to enhancing TDM nationally.
